From façade refurbs to large-scale commercial solar projects, we run commercial scaffolding contracts across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and the wider North West. Every contract gets a dedicated programme, RAMS, weekly inspection regime and a named contracts manager.
We're set up to work alongside main contractors and facilities teams on occupied buildings, with pedestrian tunnels, hoarding and overnight licensing handled as part of the package. SafeContractor / SSIP accredited.

Common questions
Do you work in occupied commercial buildings?
Yes — we work on shops, offices and care settings while they're occupied. We agree access and protection details with the building manager before mobilisation and protect pedestrian routes with tunnels or hoarding where needed.
Can you handle planned and emergency commercial work?
Both. Planned commercial scaffold is quoted on a programme basis. For emergency callouts (storm damage, façade failures) we usually mobilise within 24 hours.
Do you provide pavement licences and street works?
We can manage local authority pavement / scaffold licence applications on your behalf as part of the quote, including the relevant insurance certificates.
