Domestic scaffolding
Domestic scaffolding in Lancashire & the North West
From a quick chimney repair to a full re-roof or wraparound extension, we provide safe, certified domestic scaffolding for homeowners across Lancashire and the North West. Friendly local crew, fixed prices, no surprises.
Overview
We work with homeowners, builders and tradespeople across Lancashire on everything from a single-gable scaffold for a chimney repair to full wraparound systems for a two-storey extension. Every job is built by CISRS-certified scaffolders to the same standard, whether it's a one-day repair or a six-month build.
Most domestic jobs need scaffold up within a week of enquiry — we work hard to hit that window because we know homeowners are often co-ordinating roofers, joiners or solar installers around it. Tell us when the trade is on site, and we'll work backwards from that date.

FAQs
Common questions
Do I need scaffolding for my home extension?
If any element of the work is at height — roof, gable, second-floor windows — your builder will almost certainly need scaffolding to comply with the Work at Height Regulations. We deal with the scaffold side so your builder can crack on.
How long does it take to erect domestic scaffolding?
A standard terraced or semi-detached scaffold goes up in 2–4 hours. Larger or wraparound scaffolds can take a full day. We confirm a precise window when we quote.
What does domestic scaffolding cost?
It varies by size, access and hire length, but most domestic jobs in Lancashire fall between £400 and £900 for a typical 1–2 week hire. We send fixed-price quotes within one working day.
