Final lifts and gable scaffolds for roofing and chimney teams, with edge protection to NASC spec.
Solar / PV lifts
If your homes ship with PV, we coordinate solar scaffold so installers can fit before snagging.
Site-wide loading bays
Centralised material loading platforms shared between trades — reduces crane time.
Internal access
Stair towers, voids and stairwells scaffolded for first-fix joiner / plasterer access.
Documentation
RAMS, inspections, insurance and CISRS records shared with the principal contractor weekly.
