Quotes & booking
How do I get a quote?
Send your postcode and a short description of the job through our quote form, or call us. We send fixed-price quotes within one working day, with no obligation and no follow-up spam.
Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. The price we send is the price you pay, assuming the job matches what you described. The only thing that changes a quote is a change to the scope — for example, you decide to do a second elevation while we're there.
How quickly can you be on site?
Trade partners get next-day availability. Homeowner enquiries are usually scheduled within 2–5 working days depending on crew availability and your town.

On the job
Are you CISRS-certified?
Every operative who puts scaffold up for us holds a current CISRS card. We can send copies on request.
What insurance do you carry?
£10m public liability on every job, plus employers' liability for our crew. Certificates available on request and shared with installers as standard.
Will the scaffold be sign-tagged?
Yes. Every scaffold we erect carries a Scafftag with the date, the operative who put it up, and an inspection record. That's what your installer or building inspector will want to see.
What if it needs to stay up longer?
Extend at a flat weekly rate. No penalty pricing.

About us
Where are you based?
Brierfield, Lancashire. We work across Pendle, Burnley, Hyndburn, the Ribble Valley, Blackburn and into Greater Manchester.
Are you a big company?
No — we're family-run with a small, full-time crew. That's deliberate. It means the person you speak to is the person who'll be on site.
Do you do solar work specifically?
Yes — solar is our biggest single workstream. We work with multiple regional installers on a trade-rate basis and handle one-off homeowner jobs every week.
Still got a question?
If we haven't covered it here, just call or send the quote form — we'll come back the same working day.
